About the Event
During this meeting the group will discuss points of confidentiality and ethics. MSW students will also have the opportunity to participate in four virtual mental health/social skills based activities. The hope is that the training will ground students in some important tele-health considerations and also help break down some of the fear that folks may have around delivering tele-health sessions with children and adolescents. We hope to see some of you there!
Time: 5:15-7:30 (with a 15 minute break in the middle)
Participants: This training is open to both first and second year California MSW students who are also CASSW members. Not a member? It's only $10 to join as a student! Sign up here: Student Member Sign-Up. Once you are a member, you can sign up on the CASSW page under Events. There will be a limit of 45 participants in this training, so sign up while there is still space!
Cost: Free to CASSW student members
Training Access: A zoom link will be sent the week before the training to participants. We ask that participants prepare to have their cameras on if possible as the time spent together will be largely experiential.
