The California Association of School Social Workers (CASSW) is excited to bring our annual conference to Bakersfield for the first time! Fresh off a sold-out success in Sacramento, we're ready to continue our tradition of providing the only conference in California specifically designed and led by School Social Workers.

This is more than just a conference; it's one of the state’s most powerful events for those advocating for and promoting inclusive policies, implementing best practices in the field, and staying current with trends that enhance the well-being of school communities as a whole. While the conference is designed for school social workers, we warmly welcome a diverse audience dedicated to student well-being. Our attendees include: current and future School Social Workers, Mental Health Clinicians, School and District Administrators, and Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Professionals.
