Our conference is the state's most unique event for those focused on school social work, offering a unique opportunity to connect with an estimated

200-250 attendees, including School Social Workers, Mental Health Clinicians, and School Administrators.

Sponsorship Tiers

We have several packages designed to help organizations gain visibility and promote their mission:

  • Gold Sponsorship ($750.00): Includes a two-space vendor booth, a full-page advertisement in the program, and a social media shout-out.

  • Silver Sponsorship ($500.00): Includes a one-space vendor booth and a one-page informational piece in attendee packets.

  • Bronze Sponsorship ($250.00): Includes a one-space vendor booth and verbal recognition in the final program.

Other Visibility Opportunities

  • Exhibitor or Vendor Table ($250.00): Get one table for both conference days, a social media shout-out, and a special acknowledgment during the welcome reception.

  • Mini Grant/Prize Donation: Contribute $250 or more to support mini-grants or prize drawings.

  • Promotional Item Donation: Donate at least 250 items (like pens or notepads) for conference registrants.
